Raniki operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following shipping guidelines:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Some items may require additional processing time due to availability, high demand, or seasonal factors.
- Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions).
- Current Generally Expected Shipping Times: 6-18 Business Days (After processing times)
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to customers in the United States and select international locations.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if applicable). Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
- Separate Packages: Some orders may be split into multiple packages in order to avoid damage during transport. When this happens, your order should contain two or more shipping labels for tracking. If you believe an item is missing or there’s an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us through our Contact Us form so we can assist you.
2. Shipping Rates

- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
- If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before contacting us.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist in filing a claim.
- For lost or stolen packages, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and shipping destination.
